How do I choose a product?

Browse by category or search for your favorite Pokémon. Product pages show available product information, prices and stock status.

Can I place an order?

Payment is currently unavailable. You can browse products and use the shopping bag, but new orders cannot be submitted.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the United States with free standard shipping. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit normally takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit times are separate.

How do returns work?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing ino@dressshopme.shop. Items must be unused and retain original tags. Contact us before sending a return.

Customers pay return shipping for non-defective items. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
